Can anyone order from the Toastmasters Online Store, or just members?Back to TopSome items are available to members only. Other items specify a member cost and a nonmember cost.

How do I enter a promo or coupon code?Back to Top
Once you have added all items to your cart, click on “Secure Checkout.” Enter your promotional code in the “Promo Code” section under the summary of listed items and cost breakdown.

How do I enter my engraving/customization detail?Back to Top
On the Cart page, click on the “Engraving” button below the item. This will open the customization window for your desired text.

How long does it take to engrave/customize items?Back to Top
The normal turnaround time for processing engraved orders is 1-8 business days. There is no express service for engraved items. Note: these times do not include shipping/delivery time.

How do I change the shipping or billing address on my order?Back to Top
Our system will default to the primary address on record at World Headquarters for both the billing and shipping addresses. To change either address, choose the “Create New Address” option. Click “Choose Address and Continue” to select the address applicable to your order.

What does it mean if the screen went blank after I submitted my payment?Back to Top
The session may have timed out. Log out of your browser; after logging back in, go to your Profile to view your Order History. Your last order/payment should be reflected there. If it has not, you'll need to re-access your cart and submit the order again.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been submitted/paid?Back to Top
Our website orders are made in real time. Once your order is submitted/paid, you cannot make any changes online.

Where can I see my order information after it's been placed?Back to Top
You can view your order history and your download history on your Profile page.

Standard processing for orders submitted to World Headquarters may take up to five business days for entry. Those requiring customization may require more than five days. Warehouse fulfillment and packing by our third-party logistics partner may require up to an additional five business days. These timeframes do not include shipping time.
Express processing: For a $15 USD service charge, orders received by 12 p.m. Pacific Time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12 p.m. Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the next business day. Express handling is not available for orders containing customized items.
